Onboard the iconic British Pullman train. Discover the culinary skills of Angela Harnett OBE  – one of the country’s most celebrated Michelin- starred chefs.

Board the timeless carriages of the British Pullman at London Victoria Station for a journey back to the Art Deco era. In our train, each carriage has a unique story to tell, including the recently reimagined Cygnus, a Wes Anderson signature.

For this special culinary journey, your host is Angela Hartnett OBE, Chef-Patron of Michelin-starred Murano, in Mayfair. Her passion for food was inspired by her Italian mother and grandmother and she favours modern Italian dishes blending the best of British and European produce. Angela began her restaurant career as a waiter at Midsummer House in Cambridge, where she “blagged” a role in the kitchen and never looked back. After spending 17 years working for Gordon Ramsay and joining Marcus Wareing at Petrus, she ran her own restaurant at The Connaught for five years, achieving her first Michelin star.

Waddersdon Wine Tour

Inspired by those in the Loire valley, this beautiful French Renaissance chateau, was built in the 19th century by a Rothschild and has now been gifted to the National Trust for the public to enjoy. 

We are delighted to be able to offer an exclusive daytime event for our clients. The highlight of the day is an exclusive wine cellar tour, with a wine and cheese tasting and lunch . The tasting will be run by one of Waddesdon’s maestro sommeliers. The tasting highlights eight Rothschild wines, four of which derive from Bordeaux and four from New World vineyards. You will discover whether your palate is suited to the rich and juicy New World style, or whether you possess a classical palate suited to the savoury and layered Old World style. Consisting of three white wines and five reds the tasting provides you with a broad spectrum of wines of impeccable quality

Champaign Weekend in Rems

They tell the tale of the golden age of Champagne and the history of the first Champagne Houses, which were established on the avenue in the 18th century.
