Here, you’ll embark on a stylish launch that will transport you to the races, accompanied by a couple of glasses of Champagne and canapes to set the tone for the day.
Simon Double, our esteemed horseracing manager, will be your knowledgeable companion throughout the day. He will guide you through the race card, offering insider tips and insights to enhance your racing experience.
Upon arrival at the Racecourse, indulge in the hospitality within our exclusive private suite, strategically positioned to provide unrivaled views. Perched on the bend of this prestigious racecourse, the suite offers not only breathtaking perspectives of the track but also panoramic views of the magnificent 165 acres that encompass this remarkable venue.

Sir Christopher Wren Hotel
Staying at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel is the perfect complement to a day at the races in Windsor. Located just a short distance from Windsor Racecourse, the hotel offers a blend of luxury, charm, and convenience, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Enjoy picturesque views of the Thames, providing a serene setting to unwind before the excitement of the races.
Housed in a Grade II-listed building, the hotel combines historic character with contemporary amenities, offering a unique and comfortable stay.
You have a choice of a Feature or a Signature Room for your stay. Breakfast is included and additional nights are available if you wish to turn your visit into a longer break.
The Fringilla & Larus
Guests will meet at Oakley Court just outside Windsor where there is plenty of parking for cars. From there you will board our private launches, the Fringilla and Larus for the cruise along the Thames to Windsor Racecourse.
Each launch can hold 12 guests. launch.
The trip is lovely, as you leave the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel you will journey up the River past the racecourse up to Boveney Lock, before turning round and heading back to the course. Our host on each launch will ensure you are topped up with Champagne for the journey.
Once we get to the racecourse it is only a short walk to your hospitality suite.
Simon Double – Horseracing Manager
With a wealth of experience in the racing industry, having managed successful racing syndicates at the highest level for 25 years, Simon will bring his expertise to the evening.
Hi co-founded Pat Eddery Racing with the then former 11-time champion jockey. He then successfully launched Harwoodds Racing Club before setting up his own company Solario Racing in 2010.
Simon will be on hand throughout the day to run you through the form on the racecard. He will also be running a ‘fun’ tipster competition for just a £5 stake.
Hospitality at the Racecourse
Once at the racecourse we will take our places in the Hospitality Suite where we will Pimm’s on arrival and the four-course seated menu.
The Tote is just down the hall and you can take a short walk down to the Parade Ring to see the runners and riders.
With at least seven races on the cards there will be plenty of opportunity to back a winner or two.
