Leading Through Change Programme objectives:
To facilitate leaders and teams to cope more effectively with business change:
- Generating constructive and motivational two-way communications
- Encouraging people to excel using the ‘power of the team’
- Applying leadership skills to successfully ‘anticipate the unexpected’
Sessions are interactive enabling participants to develop natural abilities and take leadership roles in practical projects with colleagues under unusual but controlled environments.
The two-day programme costing is £1,230.00 per participant + VAT for all tuition fees, conference rooms, meals and refreshments, with full en-suite bedroom for the connecting night.
The venue is the Holt Hotel, Steeple Aston, 12 miles due north of Oxford.

Subjects covered include:
Communicating Levels, Personal Behaviour Profile, The Process of Team Change, Professionalism in Leadership and Giving/Receiving Feedback – which is ‘conducted live’ at the end of each project.
Subgroups work together through the two days, encouraging a competitive element, with central sessions on key subjects to connect the principles with the reality of the moment.
The focus on ‘change’, being one of the most difficult to handle at work, is replicated throughout the programme and changes of direction are introduced regularly, to enable participants to get used to dealing with the unexpected.
The programme is designed to be run off-site, over two consecutive days, with a total of up to 15 participants only, to achieve maximum effectiveness.
Leading Through Change
John Eaton has been involved in leadership most of his life, through education, sports, the military, employment in the service industry and many years running his own businesses.
He has been in a wide variety of teams through his work and found himself leading others in some difficult and dangerous situations, that have helped to make him the person he is today.
John has two sides to his business, Mentoring for Leaders, which incorporates the function of mentoring business leaders, both as individuals and in working teams.
He also runs the Leading Through Change development programmes, uniquely designed to help leaders turn change to their advantage.
