Be part of the 2025 two-day event in one of the award-winning restaurants or intimate private boxes. Located in the most stunning of locations, the teams ensure service of the highest standard to provide you with a fine dining experience.
Day One – Ladies Day. A show of the finest finery. Expect heart thumping action and breathtaking style, as horses, jockeys and racegoers go all out for the thrill.
Ladies Day features third Classic of the season, The Betfred Oaks, another race of historic importance contested by the best fillies of their generation. The Group One Coronation Cup is unmatched and unmissable. Always highly anticipated and never underwhelming.
Day Two – Derby Day. In 2024, City of Troy took the honours in the world’s greatest Flat race. Expect ups, downs and history in the making.
The crown jewel of all races, The Betfred Derby. The one that sired all the others. This is the birthplace of thoroughbred sprinting, one chance for horses to make history. It’s not one to miss.
Derby Suite
One of racings most exclusive and sought after experiences. The Derby Suite is a fabulous, intimate dining experience to share with: clients, friends and family.
Centrally located on the third floor of the prestigious Queen Elizabeth II Stand. Its twin balconies, offer prime viewing of the Parade Ring, Winners Circle, and Winning Post.
Champagne, canapés and a five course à la carte menu form the ultimate dining experience for those looking for that piece de resistance!

Car Parking
- Car parking is only available on request, to a maximum of 1 per 4 guests
Public Transport
- Regular trains run from London Waterloo, London Victoria and London Bridge to the three local train stations- Tattenham Corner, Epsom and Epsom Downs
- Epsom Station is the main station for visitors to The Betfred Derby Festival. The racecourse is a 10-minute taxi ride from Epsom Station. There will be shuttle buses available
Essential Information
- Hospitality customers should adhere to the dress code outlined on the itinerary
- Please note portable seating is not permitted
- Customers are not permitted to bring food or drink into the racecourse

- Epsom Downs is located in the heart of the Surrey countryside with enviable views of the London skyline
- AA signs will mark all major approach routes from the M25 and A3. If you are using satellite navigation, please use Postcode KT18 5LQ
Tickets
- Entry is not permitted unless customers present the correct ticket. Please be aware that Epsom Downs
- Racecourse cannot issue replacement ticket or badges if lost or stolen and customers will be refused entry if they fail to bring them to the festival
