The Raymond Blanc Cookery School Demonstration

Enjoy an hour-long detailed cookery school demonstration on seasonal goods, learning tricks of the trade from the talented team headed up by Raymond Blanc’s first-ever apprentice, Mark Peregrine, whilst receiving a taste of what’s to come with gorgeously curated canapes.

The Ultimate in Luxury: 5- Course Wine Flight

The final journey of your evening is to the elegant, woodpanelled private dining wing: La Belle Époque. 

The conservatory features a private entrance and overlooks the 15th-century manor. 

Once seated, enjoy a 5-course tasting menu – inclusive of tea/coffee and petit fours. This is perfectly paired with 4 glasses of traditional wine chosen to complement the dishes. The Head Waiter and Sommelier will introduce and offer insight into each course for an extra special touch. 

There is also a non-alcoholic pairing for guests who do not drink alcohol. 

Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Garden Tour​

There’s nothing more enchanting than spending time in the gardens of Le Manoir. 

In the morning, you’ll be treated to an enchanting private group tour of the garden led by the skilled garden team, seeing iconic areas such as the Japanese garden, sculptures and the mushroom valley. As you wander around, you’ll uncover the hidden stories of the garden, learning its history.
