The Raymond Blanc Cookery School Demonstration
Enjoy an hour-long detailed cookery school demonstration on seasonal goods, learning tricks of the trade from the talented team headed up by Raymond Blanc’s first-ever apprentice, Mark Peregrine, whilst receiving a taste of what’s to come with gorgeously curated canapes.
5 Course Dinner and Wine Pairing
Head to the private dining room in La Belle Époque where you will experience a 5-course tasting menu paired with sommelier selected wines. Discover the harmony of flavours, the mastery of techniques and the quality of seasonal, organic ingredients that have earned Le Manoir its accolades over the last 40 years.
There is also a non-alcoholic pairing for guests who do not drink alcohol.
Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Garden Tour
Explore every inch of Le Manoir’s gardens with an expert guided tour, allowing you to explore another side of Le Manoir, with 27 acres of land and knowledgeable gardeners. The tour takes guests on an in-depth discovery of how the gardens came to be. Exploring the vegetable and kitchen gardens, as well as the English Water Garden, the tour will give guests the chance to see behind the scenes of Le Manoir’s two Michelin star kitchen produce.
