Specific lifestyle events that are as unique and as they are memorable
Our client approached Oliver Myles to organise an event for a number of their female clients. In years gone by, our client – a preeminent global financial institution – has booked hospitality at the Henley Regatta. However, the impact of the event was being lost. Our client wanted to spend quality, relationship building time with their guests as part of a dedicated “Lifestyle Programme”. At Henley, this just wasn’t possible any longer. This was based on feedback from the guests as well as a desire to see relationships grown further.
We developed specific events which would be at “hubs” around the UK, rather than all the guests coming to one location – as Henley demands. With the focus on taking events to our clients where they could easily host their invited guests in comfort, kudos and impressive style. With the events all hosted in private areas at Harvey Nichols in London, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh, organisation was straight forward for all concerned.

- Private style trends presentation of current mode in fashion
- Skin care regime with personnel from catwalk favourite “LaPrairie”.
- Make up masterclass
- Hand and arm massage
- All the while, our client could discuss the issues of the day in an informal setting with their guests ensuring a day to remember for all. The team at Oliver Myles act as invisible hosts at all the events, ensuring all the clients had to do was focus on their guests.
- At the conclusion of the day, the guests went away with a bag of products and gifts that wouldn’t have been out of place at an Oscar’s aftershow party.
