A few of our favourite venues.

We all have our preferred venues to work with, it maybe because we like the ambiance or the location or maybe because they understand our needs and make everyone’s lives easier. Here are a few of ours.

Mosimann’s Private Dining Club.

Tucked away in Belgravia this discreet venue is renowned for both its food and service. With a series of private rooms they can accommodate private parties from just 2 to 50 people. Each is designed by a sponsor and reflects that sponsors style. As an example, the Bentley room boasts chairs made out of old Bentley cars and the Lalique room the most magnificent glass dining table.

Ideally located for both Kensington and Buckingham Palace it is great for combining with private show rounds of these royal residences

The Royal Yacht Britannia.

Continuing the Royal theme the Royal Yacht Britannia, moored in Leith in Edinburgh, is a stunning venue to really  wow your guests. A gala dinner on aboard recreates the style of a dinner when Her Majesty used to entertain heads of states. You will be piped on board as you walk up the red carpet and pre -dinner you will be given a guided tour of the ship before sitting down to an elegant and sumptuous meal in the State Dining Room.

Dinners can be accommodated for between 25 & 80 guests.

The National Museum of Computing

It may not have the Royal connections but the National Museum of Computing, at Bletchley Park in Buckinghamshire, is a fascinating place to hold a cocktail and canapé party.

Guests will be given an exclusive tour of the exhibits which range from the Colossus computer, used to help the decoding process during World War Two, to the forerunners of our modern day computers. You do not have to be a geek to enjoy learning how we have come from a computer the size of a room to one you can fit into your pocket.

An ideal group for an evening’s reception is up to 40 guests.

The Pont de la Tour

A great location makes this venue stand out, right by Tower Bridge at Butlers Wharf; it is ideally located to be combined with a private view of the Crown Jewels or the Ceremony of the Keys, where you follow the Yeoman Warders as they secure the Tower for the night.  And our event managers are always on hand to make sure you guests get locked in.

The Vault.

Great for an office party, The Vault is located under a popular city bar that was once the old Midland bank. Guests gather in the bar wondering where they are going before we take them down to the old bank vault with its steel gates and safety deposit boxes where we play a fun treasure hunt before swinging open the doors to the main vault.

It makes a great venue for a Bond themed night, with cocktail making classes, roulette tables and a screen playing what else –  “Goldfinger” .

The Vault is ideal for parties of 30-40 guests.

These are a few of our favourites, what are yours?
